Calorie counting, do you need to do it?
During the last six months as I started going back to the gym and thinking more about my diet, which was pretty healthy anyway thanks to my partner Judie, I have paid more attention to my own diet. Specifically my intake of fat, calories, proteins, carbohydrates and salt.
Press-up Challenge Update
Well it’s been a week already and I am finding the press-up challenge a little easy. This automatically worries me as I haven’t really included many press-ups in my normal gym routine.
I guess the real test will come in weeks two and three as the number of press-ups start to increase.
