Metabolism Booster for Fat Burning

I completed a metabolism busting session today, with a strong cardio warm-up and then a set of full body exercises with a slightly higher rep rate of 15.  I also reduced my time between sets to only 30 seconds.

Now I would be lying if I didn’t admit to the fact that walking down the steps at the gym was a little difficult as my legs didn’t seem to understand the simple signals from my brain, such as take one step forward etc.  I always take this as a positive indicator that my leg workout was successful.

I intend to carry on focusing on metabolism boosting routines for a few months as I go on vacation to Cyprus in October and want to look my best round the pool.  I have set a target of losing 8kg (17.6 lbs) between now and then.  This should get me closer to my 15% body fat target.
