Gym Routines
As and when we try new gym or cardio programmes we will list them to make it easier for you to review them and give comments if you wish. None of these programmes are going to be the ultimate answer in training regimes as there is no such thing. All we can say is that we have found success with them and we think you may too. The important thing is to make sure any programme you use is both suited to your needs and abilities.
